The Greville Street project was set in London's trendy Farringdon area. Red Construction run the project and Baines LTD undertook the full waterproofing package which comprised of Radmats Paraflex waterproof System being installed to the main roof, a large terrace and a colonnade area.

The main roof area was finished with a slabs and also a large green roof area. Baines also installed the full mansafe system.
