1-2 Lincolns Inn Fields was a house refurb in 1 of Londons most prestigious postcodes. This award winning development was undertaken by Grangewood and no expense was spared as the entire building was gutted and rebuilt to the speck of a renowned award winning architect.

Baines Roofing had the privilege of undertaking the waterproofing for the Chinese style internal courtyard garden.

This consisted of a VLC layer, then a 150mm Insulation and finished with a spay applied Verdiseal waterproofing system.

This was a 2 week program which had its challenges as there was a lot of intricate details especially on the high up stands of the courtyard. But we was very pleased with the final product as was both the architect and of course the client.
