The site is currently occupied by Audiology House and is not listed but it does lie within the Nightingale Lane conservation area which has been defined to maintain the character of the area.

Baines Roofing used Radmat PermaQuik Waterproofing system with a Protherm Quantum VIP Insulation system and installed Radmat's Medo Green roof to finish.

We also built the plywood base and installed radmat's Esha Waterproofing system.

We also installed the large slated pitch roof.
