Cold Applied Applications; the seamless waterproofing solution. The benefits of this system include negating the use of a boiler or naked flame on site as well as it’s ability to form complex details on site free from seams, joints and fixings and it’s compatibility with most other systems and substrates means it is ideal on refurbishment projects without the need for removing the existing covering.

Hard metals are the perfect choice for modern building projects and ideal for both domestic and commercial properties.
Zinc Roofing
Zinc is weatherproof, corrosion resistant, and not degraded by Ultra Violet light. A patina on the surface protects it from moisture. As a result, zinc roofing and cladding has a very long service life, and can in theory last up to 100 years without degradation.
Copper Roofing
Copper offers a character and durability that no other metal roof can match. Its appearance can complement any style of building, from the traditional to the modern. Its warmth and beauty make it a preferred material for many architects.
Stainless Steal Roofing
Often used because of its attractive appearance, stainless steel roofing has become more and more popular over the last few years. Stainless steel roofing offers many benefits, including a long life expectation, low levels of maintenance and a light supporting structure.

FELT ROOFING
Roofing Felt is a sheet material impregnated with bitumen (asphalt)
Torch on roofing is a type of roofing that consists of levels of modified bitumen similar to asphalt heat-adhered to layers of fiberglass. Used for flat or nearly-flat roofs, torch on roofing is an excellent means of preventing moisture build-up and obviating the need for constant maintenance.
Torch-on membranes have an underside which has been pre-treated with a covering of thermofusible bitumen. This covering is then heated with a propane gas torch and the membrane is applied to the surface of the roof while the bitumen is still hot.
